Long running custom concurrent request stuck in Running Normal state

Environment - EBS 12.1.3 with database 19c on RHEL 8.5.

One of our custom reports is stuck in Running Normal status from last two days. I checked the following to find out what is wrong, but no clue yet:

temp space - no issue

tablespace - no issue

disk space - no issue

server load - no issue

lock       - no lock

wait       - no wait

req status  - running normal

sga usage   - no issue, 1 GB free space

What could be wrong with it?
