Where to setup A PARENT PROPERTY ID and Site ID for Property Class of Building

We have licenses for Asset Management Module; we are also using the Shared Product Functionality between Asset Management and Lease Administration to meet GASB 87 requirements.

When creating owned and lease assets with Asset Type of 'Property', we select

Property Class of Building. Doing this requires Parent Property and Site ID.

Where do we set up Parent Property ID and Site ID?
