1099 Boxes positioning/MISC Fields

Hello,

I wanted to know what other agencies are doing for their MISC code and the positioning of it. This year, oracle didn't provide a detailed chart onw hat each MISC field represents/box we should be putting. We are confused on what MISC type we should be inputting, because we are thinking MISC 9 should be in BOX 9 but that is not the case, it is in box 7 (according to the attached documentation from Oracle last year for the tax year 2020).

I am worried we are inputting the MISC tax types incorrectly and have been submitting the electronic media file with the incorrect information to the IRS.
