APEX 21.2 and ORDS install on OEL

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC)

I'm trying to install and configure a standalone APEX and ORDS setup so I can use the Exachk collections manager. The instructions are not clear as to what exactly needs to be installed and how. I'm am purely using this for the Collections Manager app to house my Exachks and Orachks.

When I start the java, I get an ORDS page, but it's not working correct.
