Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Active Console crashes intermittently

Hello All,

One of our client is working on JDE XE (B7333) version and uses citrix servers for user logins.

Citrix servers are regularly updated by latest specs after package deployments.

Currently we came across a situation where only 1 user is facing ActiveConsole.EXE crash issue on multiple citrix machines.

We have validated JDE logs and JDE Debug log to identify errors, found no errors in the logs.

Also we have tried resetting the citrix profile for the user and reset citrix receiver on her machine, but no use.

Request assistance to further troubleshoot the issue and resolve the same ASAP for the user.
