Budget Funds Check Results - Actuals Header value different to sum of Actual lines

We are using 12.2.9 and Projects is at Patch Set Level R12.PA.C.9.

When we do this for a lot of Projects:

1. Budgets form (PAXBUEBU, versions 120.64.12020000.26 and 120.64.12020000.27 tested)
2. Search for Project and Approved Cost Budget
3. Click History button
4. Select most recent Budget Version and go to Tools > View Funds Check Results
5. Now on the PAXBLRSL form (tested with versions 120.9.12020000.8 and 120.9.12020000.9)
6. For hundreds of Projects - we have the issue where the value of the Actuals on the "header" on the Budget Funds Check Results screen have one value (e.g. 881,370.60), but then if we click the "Details" button, and click Find, and click Totals, to get a total of the lines making up the Actuals, the value is different (e.g. 750,433.80).
