Patch GRID on red-hat 8.5 using system patch 33535435

We have a cluster with red-hat 8.5 and kernel 4.18.0-348, we are using AFD and ACFS

I need to patch grid to 19.13, out-of-place patching is the only option because there is a conflict with the system patch 33535435: RHEL8.5 (4.18.0-339) SUPPORT FOR ACFS, AFD and the older system patch for RHEL8.4

I made a gold image containing GRID 19.13 + system patch 33535435: RHEL8.5 (4.18.0-339) SUPPORT FOR ACFS, AFD

But I am a bit worry that my linux kernel is 4.18.0-348 while the system patch an older kernel between brackets (4.18.0-339). I cannot find the kernel 339, I think this was the kernel of RH 8.5 beta
