Getting error form with "OK" button during Return transaction in Xstore

Hello  All,

We are using Xstore version 19.0.1.0.194 , We can see a blank error in Xstore with just 'OK' on it during a return transaction and also during an exchange transaction.

And the transaction is missing in all the tables but entry is found only in inv_inventory_journal table.

Could you please advise what can be done?

Below is the error in logs.

dtv.data2.access.exception.ConstraintViolationException: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("DTV"."TRL_COMMISSION_MOD"."BUSINESS_DATE")
