The procedure in OEM when you migrate databases(not OEM) to another server

We are migrating our databases from AIX to Linux.

We are using OEM scheduler to run rman backups.

It looks like OEM doesn't like to use the same database name after the migration. The preferred credentials are malfunctioning and the references for name credentials are aleatory, even if i create new jobs for backups.

Am i doing something wrong, or is it a bug?

Please, could you give me the procedure in OEM when you change the server of your databases?

OEM : 13.3.0.0.0

Database : Version 19.8.0.0.0

The server: Linux 3.10.0-957.10.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Feb 7 07:12:53 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
