1099 MISC prints correctly, two per page.

1099 NEC prints incorrectly as 3 per page, what are we missing to correct the print alignments?

Applied 1099 Patch for 2021 (p33128953_R12.AP.C_R12_GENERIC).

Looked at 2021 Common 1099 Question Notes, but it does not provide a solution for both MISC & NEC pre-printed Forms.

How can 1099-NEC pre-printed Forms print correctly with 3 per page?
