EBS R12 - OPMN worker process exited with status 9. Restarting

During system use,suddenly,EBS R12 home page can not visit,and SOA webservice can not be found (ERROR 404)

when check the opmn.log,there are some logs show the opmn server restart failed

there is no operations in the system,why the opmn server restart? and restart failed?


from 2022/01/06 10:05:33 to 2022/01/06 10:20:00,system can not login

from 2022/01/06 10:05:33 to 2022/01/06 12:00:00,plsql websevice can not visit

at last , we execute adstpall.pl and adstrtall.pl to restart application,make the system restored.
