Standard Service contract is not getting created

Hi All,

Standard Service contract is not getting created though service item was part of components for FG in BOM.

please suggest which setups I need to verify to standard contract get created like profile options and any other setups.

Only EXT -Warranty orders data inserting into OKS_REPROCESSING table.

Workflow background program is scheduled every 5mins in production instance.

Oracle version is 12.2.9
