How to track changes for an ICC change on an item.

Hello All,

I am using Oracle EBS, V 12.2.9. I wonder if we have an option to track the ICC change that happened on an item. So at the time of NIR ICC 'X' was assigned to the item, however, after some time we observed that ICC was changed to some 'Y' ICC. Hence wanted to figure out if there are any tracking activities that point us to what might have happened or how did the change occurred.
