Form error

Please advise the approach to fix the below issue

We are encountering frequent form error across all the module intermittently as mentioned below . As an workaround ,we are recompiling all the form and libraries via adadmin in prod , the issue gets fixed temporary and then again the issue gets start appearing .

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.IGI_PREV_ORG does not exist.

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.IGI_INSTALLED_ORG_VAR does not exist

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.OPM_GML_INSTALLED1 does not exist.

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.ORG_ID does not exist.

Error Message: FRM-40039: Cannot attach library RCVTXECO while opening form RCVTXECO.
