Hi

I have an Oracle 19c RAC installation where we have the current status of the ora.proxy_advm:

$ crsctl stat res ora.proxy_advm -t

Local Resources

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ora.proxy_advm

        OFFLINE OFFLINE   server1      STABLE

My questions are:

Should it also be up on server1?

Should it always be up on both servers?

What is the correct way to start the services in the server1?
