PeopIesoft9.2 : Is it possible to close a PO distrib line without closing/cancelling entire line?

If a purchase order line has multiple distribution lines and the user wants to cancel or close one of the distribution lines while keeping rest open and without closing or cancelling the entire line, how can they do that?
