Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hello,

We have a peculiar case where a DBF file is not getting integrated in database, there is access denied error received.

IMP-00058: ORACLE error 1116 encountered

ORA-01116: error in opening database file 13

ORA-01110: data file 13: ....

ORA-27041: unable to open file

OSD-04002: unable to open file

O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.
