Cannot create SR using support portal

We are experiencing unexpected behaviour in create SR page in support portal. Page is refreshing itself after entering any field. It is happening for all users. Also cannot open SR saved in draft mode. Screenshot is provided for refence.


I am searching solution for below error:

Error:  Document #10013225, Line #1, Shipment #1 :

Open ASN exists against this shipment.
