Announcement: The 2021 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Phase 1 Patch for EBS Benefits has been released!

The following 2021 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase I patches have been released for EBS Benefits customers and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

12.1 - Patch 33507175:R12.BEN.B

12.2 - Patch 33507175:R12.BEN.C

Prerequisites:

To apply Patch 33507175:R12.BEN.C, Release 12.2 customers should be on Release 12.2 HRMS RUP13 and Higher.

To apply Patch 33507175:R12.BEN.B, Release 12.1 customer should be on Release 12.1 HRMS RUP12 and Higher.

Delivery Details:

This patch delivers support for generating 2021 Forms 1095-C for employees / recipients including the updated 1095-C templates for 2021 as well as the 2022 updates for the Federal Poverty Line user table.
