Oracle 21c PMEM - is it restricted to Exadata only or supported on Commodity as well ?

Hello and appreciate all the help. I am trying to get PMEM working on Oracle 21c non-exadata

My environment - Oracle 21c Single Instance DB with ASM / RDBMS , Oracle Linux Server release 8.5

uname -a -> Linux oracle21c-ol8.vslab.local 5.4.17-2136.300.7.el8uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Fri Oct 8 16:23:01 PDT 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have read the Oracle 21c PMEM documentation , configured the PMEM File store backing file and mount point as per documentation - https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/21/admin/using-PMEM-db-support.html#GUID-19940AB4-221C-4583-8F8E-F72FB5CC378C

 PMEM specific parameters in pfile -
