OLVM on VMWARE

Hi,

I'm trying to implement a simple OLVM setup on VMWARE 7.0.2. The steps in general are as follows:

1) I create the VMs at the VMWARE side in a manner that I can have a nested virtualization environment on top of VMWARE,

2) I install the OLVM engine on one of the VMWARE VMs with no problem at all.

3) I install two OLVM KVM hosts via OLVM portal.

4) I setup an NFS storage domain.

After all the above successful steps, I'm creating a VM (Oracle Linux 7.9 x86_64) but the problem I'm facing is that the VM is accessible (and pingable) only from the KVM host it resides. It's not accessible from the second KVM host of the cluster or any other VM created in the same VLAN.
