Transmission Acknowlegment - ShipmentStatus element

Hello,

I have a question with the transmission Acknowlegment. We are currently sending a request via an API and we are receiving the transmission acknowlegment with inside a ShipmentStatus element. But unfortunately OTM is is ignoring this ShipmentStatus and the tracking event agent workflow cannobe be triggered. We have this problem on both 6.4.1 and 6.4.3 versions.

Are we doing something wrong ? How can this element be processed with the reply. The reply is matching the schema for the transmissionAck,
