1099 forms

We have an alignment issue with the 1099 forms that are generated from the Write media in 9.2 for the blank forms for MISC and NEC. The form when put inside the envelope includes following information on the address window, along with the payer's information and likewise with the payee information on the window below:

Is this something we need to be concerned about? If yes, then what do we typically change to make it print the information appropriately?
