Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

I am unable to process the late charges batch due to the error below

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) 8 commentsAnswered ✓ 
Header error interest_header_id:13006:A code combination ID is required.:;

I am able to run it in draft mode but when I try to process the late charge batch, it gives me this error. I have defined the full accounting string at the Trans type and Rec Activity level.

I am wondering if there is a setup missing ?
