SYS user credentials in Autonomous Database

Hello,

I am using Oracle autonomous DB and I have an issue with send emails from APEX. Anyways, I found the solution for my issue on https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=216955344784058&id=2721805.1&displayIndex=1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=64vib34l_119

However, I don't know the SYS user credentials. I tried the password assigned for the ADMIN user created upon the Autonomous DB but it did not work.

Can someone help me identify the SYS user credentials or it is something restricted on ATP?
