How to get the data from the Source Reference column of Review Completed Transactions

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I created a report wherein all columns should reflect based on the data in Review Completed Transactions. Now, my problem is how can I get the data in Source Reference? Which table should I use?
