Performance issue related to 'Automatic Clearing for Receipts' in receipts workbench

Hi, we could see huge performance issue related to 'Automatic Clearing for Receipts' job when running for individual receipts as ideally it should be quicker when we given a single receipt number. Moreover for the same OU if we submit multiple clearing jobs for different receipt numbers we see a row lock contention as well-

Parameters-

Two issues-

  1. Performance issue when running with receipt method id and receipt number parameter as its taken nearly 2+ hours to complete. when we monitor the sql session its taking ver long time to execute the below statement- SQL text mentioned below refers to sql id
