Patch 33155330: WINDOWS DB BP 19.13 changed?

Hi,

Has this patch been changed silently on the Metalink?

I have a version of p33155330_190000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip size 1236700957 and sha256 22148DBC51EECA0D6D20EF08C7F5F2A4753D5E2EAC49A03B6CC79955AF77DFD6, now i see that the same file is available with changed size 1236700887 and sha256 94DCFAB1BDA5BE55EA7040D5420EC1D6CFF268580EF854B3CFA02C7ECFFFB5FA.

Why the patch has been changed? Any consequences to the OH/DB with already applied old 19.13 patch?
