Data Guard between ExaCC and ExaData

We currently have ExaCC at main site and Disaster Recovery site with Data Guard keeping DR up to date. We are looking to move DR to a new provider who uses Exadata (not CC). The question is, are we likely to run into any issues, for example some of our DBA's are worried about encryption (TDE).

It feels like this should be a very straightforward change but I'm struggling to find any documentation to confirm this 'feeling'.

Any links or first hand experience would be most welcome.
