Reducing Core Count on ODA

Hi, we are using an X7-2m, currently at release 19.8

The documentation states that

  • After the initial configuration, you cannot reduce the number of cores. You can only increase the number of cores.

Is this actually correct? It appears that someone has accidently set our count too high.

I'm sure that we have reduced this previously - is this actually a technical restriction, or is it just related to licensing?
