Custom roles are not working in migrated enviornment. BU not available at invoice workbench

We have created custom roles for accounts payable and migrated in another enviornment. Business unit is not available at invoice workbench, 

however business unit access is granted to user with custom role combination. Custom role is working fine in dev enviornment and we are able to see the business units.
