Announcement: Changes to NI Rates for UK legislation
There is an increase to the rates used in the calculation of National Insurance for tax year 2022/23. HMRC have requested that employers add a message to employee payslips relating to this. (Details of the request are contained in the HMRC December Employer Bulletin (gov.uk)).
The Oracle application has existing functionality to handle reporting of a static/ generic message on the payslip.
Steps required:
- Navigate to Work Structures-> Organization-> Description-> Others at Business Group level
->Payslip Information
->Message
- Input message text
Message will be archived by Payslip Archiver and it will be reported on payslip
