Opatch to 19.13 ends "APPLY WITH ERRORS"

LINUX X86-64 OELRHEL 7 4.14.35-2025.400.8.el7uek.x86_64

Single instance RAC version 19.3, running 2 databases from one home.

I run opatchauto to install 19.13, all was good, didn't notice any error.

Today I ran orachk tool to see how does it look and there I found:

Status in dba_registry_sqlpatch for bundle patch 33192793 = APPLY WITH ERRORS

So I started investigation and I found this just on one of the databases (other database is OK):

select patch_id, patch_uid, action, action_time, status, description from dba_registry_sqlpatch;
