Calculate Price Flag- " Calculate Price"

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

We are on EBS R12 and I have a question on Calculate Price Flag on sales order management screen. There you all know, we have three options Freeze Price, Calculate Price and Partial Price. Is there anyone who uses "Calculate Price" defaulting rule? Is there any performance impact?
