PeopleSoft Job Posting in Social Media

When we try to share PeopleSoft Candidate gateway job postings on Facebook, Linkedin, or in any other social media sites, we get "302 Found" error in the picture preview. Our recruiting team is looking to post a lot on social media and this looks annoying and gives a non-professional look for the job postings on social media. Is there any way to overcome this by changing any settings on the external site?
