How can I access the PC Export Parameters?

Using browse (5) on a DW for Open Purchase Orders report (P43632) I see PC Export Parameters set up and when the report runs I get a TXT file in the specified Directory. How can I access those parameters if I wanted to change the certain choices such as Include Underlines in PC Export or Include Total Lines? I have tried to copy the DW and other options or Function Keys without any success. TIA.
