One of the Service Line in Service Contracts Still billing after termination.
Hi,
We are on Oracle 12.1.3 version.
We have a strange scenario with one of the service contracts.
We have a service contract with 2 service line and were scheduled to be billed on a Monthly basis. On the start date of the contract, the entire contract (sub line level, service line level and contract header level) was terminated with a proper reason and date equal to start date of the contract.
Now, out of the 2 service lines, one service line not sent for Auto Invoicing but the other service line is being sent for Auto Invoicing, with a value equal to the monthly amount and is being charged to the customer's credit card.
