Price List Error

We recently upgrade to 12.2.10 and ever since then, we have had an issue with end dating an item on a price list and creating a new entry on the price list at the same time. Even though we end date the item with one date (in the past) and create the same item with a start date with the current date, the system thinks the dates are overlapping. Has anyone had this issue and have a solution for it? We were always able to do this in the past.

Example: End date item ABC with a value of $50 with the end date of 13-JAN-2022. Create a new line with item ABC with a value of $75 and a start date of 14-JAN-2022. Upon hitting save we get the error message effective price list dates overlap, its as if Oracle doesn't recognize the end date is in the column because the error states that field is blank.
