Pre-Payroll Work Center Error Messages - F0705 error and Terminated Employees Paid error
We got two Work Center errors after running Pre-Payroll and wondering if anyone can explain them.
(1) Insert into table F0705 - "The record record being inserted into table F0705 in B0700016 already exists or you do not have authorization to insert records into this table." We got this message in the Work Center after running Changes Only. I'm not sure what this means to know what to look for. The payroll team proceeded anyway and finalized, just wondering if there was something they should have done to correct something.
(2) "Terminated employees paid" - we keep getting this every time we run regular payroll, after we opened and closed an interim that contained transactions for terminated employees. The list of terminated employees always are people we recognized that we processed an interim for, maybe to make an adjustment after the fact to correct data or something. I checked that our timecard file does not have these terminated employees in it, and we purge all our temporary payroll tables before running regular payroll, so I'm not sure why this message appears.
