Re-open a Service Request

Oracle Primavera Cloud

Hi,

I have created a service request which is closed now. I have re-opened that because the issue has not been fixed yet. But after re-opening the SR have not received any response from Oracle. I really appreciate it if you could share your experience in similar situation or if you know how re-opening a SR work?
