Configurator Models Migration across Oracle Instance

Dear All,

We have a requirement to merge a business entity into parent company. New acquired business entity and parent company both uses Oracle R12. We plan to create a new Inventory Organization in the existing OU of Parent Company's ERP for the acquired unit.

Both the unit uses Oracle Configurator(CZ) module for their models. We want to bring in all the Configuration models , Rules, UI, and Publication data from One ERP to Other, and start using it with Order host application. Can you please suggest the steps and best practices that we need to follow for this requirement.
