ZA patch numbers seem to be mismatched?

the patch titled Missing IRP5s is numbered 3348311 in the readme abstract for patch 33496765 , but in patch 33724430, the Missing IRP5s patch that is included is numbered 33491444.

The patch titled ZA: Bidvest Bank savings account validation is numbered 33572419 when included with 33299586, but is numbered 33573336 when included in 33724430?

Please can someone confirm if this is correct and do I just use the most recent data/patch?
