When trying to install Oracle Report builder getting the Abnormal program termination error

Hi,

When Universal installer is initiated , I get Abnormal program termination error. Unable to see any log messages in temp path. Could you please help?

Tried below steps:

1.Compatibility check

2.Ignore prerequisites
