Cause of missing icons (dynamic gifs) in xmlpserver Publisher administration screens

Missing icons (dynamic gifs) in scaled out xmlpserver Publisher Administration screens such as Administration : JNDI connections : Security shuttle. Only occurs on scaled out instances.

Has anyone come across this issue? Does anyone know the cause of this issue?

Installed OAS 5.9 on Linux 7. Configured for Publisher only. Default standard topology installation, single node. All installs, configures & runs correctly.

Scale out horizontal to a 2nd computer as per https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/administer-oas/add-new-computers.html - skipping any steps relating to Analytics components.

The resulting bi_server2 runs up fine & all appears ok, "except" the icons in Administration screens are missing for bi_server2; in fact we scaled twice so we had bi_server1 bi_server2 bi_server3 all on separate hosts. 1 & 2 were fine but 3 was missing the icons.
