Work Request statuses

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

Hello,

We need to limit the list of work request statuses depending on the type of work request.

For example we have WR type - Reliability. And the statuses should be limited by - Open, Additional Inf, Cancelled, Complete, Rejected. So we want to exclude - On Work Order and Awaiting Work Order statuses. Is this possible?

Please advise how this can be done?

The system version is 12.2.7.
