Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I am implementing PAC cost following the user guide to perform all steps. I have a question about one field of CST_PC_ITEM_COST_INTERFACE table.

What should I put into BEGIN_LAYER_QUANTITY ? Is it the same that current on-hand quantity ? Or should it be 0 ?
