Is R12.TXK.C.Delta.13 (Patch 32392507), download dated Nov 09, 2021, vulnerable to the log4j bug as discussed in Doc ID 2827804.1? That doc clearly indicates that the download dated Oct 07 2021 is vulnerable; and that the patch applies only to Delta.12.

Can I upgrade (from Delta.6) directly to Delta.13? Or do I need to upgrade to Delta.12, apply the patch, and then move up to Delta.13?
