Hello, we are reviewing our information retention policy and wondering how other companies are handling data retention within the PeopleSoft tables? Is there any program/purge process out there that we can use? We have historical data saved in our PeopleSoft history tables and wondering if there is any delivered expiration process. Right now, we are using a 25 year category for our financial data. Also, is there anyway to exclude certain data that may be flagged for a Hold Order? Appreciate any feedback or options community!
