Total Rewards Implementation - missing delivered definitions

Hello,

We are planning to implement total rewards statement this year. We noticed that there was no delivered template nor reward item in our current environments (HCM PUM37 with Ptools 8.58).

Before reaching out to our IT department, I would like to know if there should be delivered definitions in these four "Define" components?
