Error generating report output when running CommGen

We are using CS 8.58.13

I have a new 3C communication that I've been trying to set up. At this point, I am getting an error when running the Communication Generation process. I've tried recreating the template, the pop select and data source queries, and all other parts of the configuration for this. I have no clue why this is happening. Other 3Cs are running as expected. Here's the exact error:
